Goals
- Hit our Q4 ARR target and stay Default Alive
- Figure out if we can do slightly larger deals ($200k+/yr) easily by improving CS & Marketing attribution and ensuring the products can support this
- Have a clear vision of how the teams, products, and infra all talk to each other
- Get a really good grip on our infra costs
